Terms and Conditions for the Pay What You Can Scheme
- The Pay What You Can scheme is subject to availability. Jamie Wilson Productions will make every effort to fulfil ticket requests, but availability cannot be guaranteed for all preferred performance dates, as tickets are purchased on a first come, first served basis.
- The Pay What You Can scheme will not be available during the Christmas week. Specific blackout dates will be communicated to participants upon inquiry.
- Participants must be residents, workers, or students in the designated London boroughs outlined in the Arts Council England's Priority Places strategy: Newham, Barking and Dagenham, Brent, Croydon, and Enfield.
- To participate in the scheme, individuals must submit a ticket request form to Natalie Omari, with their preferred performance dates, the number of tickets required, and the price they are able to pay per ticket. Any questions can be sent to Natalie Omari via email at
[email protected]. - Requests for tickets must be submitted at least 14 days in advance of the desired performance date to allow for processing and confirmation.
- Ticket prices are determined by the purchaser's ability to pay. Participants are encouraged to offer a fair and reasonable amount based on their financial circumstances.
- Payment for tickets must be made in advance via the secure online payment platform. Cash payments are not accepted at the Box Office. If you are unable to access online booking or card payment, please contact us directly and we will do our best to support your booking.
- Tickets purchased through the Pay What You Can scheme are non-transferable and non-refundable.
- Participants may only request tickets for themselves and their household members. Bulk ticket requests for commercial purposes will not be accepted.
- Jamie Wilson Productions reserves the right to modify or terminate the Pay What You Can scheme at any time without prior notice.
- By participating in the Pay What You Can scheme, individuals agree to abide by these terms and conditions, as well as any additional guidelines provided by Jamie Wilson Productions.
