Prior to being an independent producer, Jamie worked for Mark Goucher. In 2008 he won the prestigious Stage One New Producers Bursary Award and was mentored by Paul Elliott.

Calamity Jane, in collaboration with The Watermill Theatre, directed by Nicolai Foster and starring Jodie Prenger will tour the UK from September 2014. Autumn 2014 will also bring UK tours of Ha Ha Hood! and the multi-award winning Stones in His Pockets. Spring 2015 will see further UK tours of Sex and The Suburbs and Calamity Jane.
This winter Santa Claus and the Christmas Adventure will delight young audiences in five locations across the UK.
Currently in development is a major revival of the award winning play Popcorn written by Ben Elton, directed by Terry Johnson. Also in development is a new musical with book and lyrics by Murray Lachlan Young and Grant Black, directed by Craig Revel Horwood, and a new 70s musical to be directed and choreographed by Arlene Phillips.
For the past three years Jamie has held Producer workshops for The Ambassador Theatre Groups Work In Theatre course held in ATGs West End theatres.
